We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team as a Health and Wellness Liaison. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, promoting health and wellness initiatives, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information.
3. Educate patients on health and wellness topics.
4. Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.
5. Develop and implement health promotion programs.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
7. Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
