2. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the medical team

5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
6. Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
2. Current CNA certification and in good standing with the state board
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging medical environment
5. Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families
6. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
