Job Title: LPN
Duration: 13 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Shift: Mix of shifts;0200-1030; 0630-1500; 1030-1900; 1430-2300; 1730-0200
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Minnesota. The CNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Take and record vital signs
3. Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
4. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces
5. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
6. Follow care plans and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
7. Attend to residents' personal hygiene and toileting needs
8. Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Compassionate and patient demeanor
6. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and bending
7. Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
