We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as LPN-SS-269473-IA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of Iowa
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
