We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a healthcare facility in Anchorage, Alaska. The CNA-SS-AK-MED will work closely with medical staff to provide essential patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to medical staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Keep accurate records of patient care and progress
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with medical team to create individualized care plans for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Alaska
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Basic computer skills
