Job Title: MRI Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images for medical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRI technology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate MRI imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs during imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient information
- Ensure that imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification in MRI
- State licensure as a MRI Technologist
- Strong understanding of MRI technology and imaging procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced healthcare environment
