Shifts: Day Shift 630a to 1900 p Must be open no schedule restrictions (36HRS/WEEK)
💰 Pay: $20/HR- $24/HR
As a CNA in our skilled nursing facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents. You will work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Helping residents with mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of a nurse
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active CNA certification in the state of California
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Good communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures
