Job Title: RN-ER (Emergency Room) - MS

Shift: Night
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/ 12*3
Pay: $60-62/hr
Job Summary:
As an RN-ER (Emergency Room) - MS, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the emergency room. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide direct patient care to individuals in the emergency room setting.
2. Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, lab results, and treatment outcomes.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families.
6. Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
7. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current RN license in the state of practice.
2. BLS and ACLS certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
