Shift: Nights 6:30pm-7:00am
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Rate: $44-$47/hr
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as LPN-ME-SS-270691. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
3. Assist with patient assessments and care planning
4. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
5. Document patient care activities accurately and timely
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
7. Adhere to all policies and procedures related to patient care and safety
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current LPN license in the state of employment
2. Graduation from an accredited nursing program
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures
6. CPR certification
7. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
8. Strong attention to detail
