Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, provide basic care to patients, and ensure their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Keep patient rooms clean and organized
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of Washington
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
