Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at facility code HI-271168-SS. The CNA will be responsible for providing quality care to residents and assisting with their daily living activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with mobility and transfer as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active CNA certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
