Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for short-term staffing assignments in healthcare facilities across Hawaii. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide basic care to patients and assist with daily activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
2. Assist patients with mobility and transport to various locations within the facility.
3. Monitor and record patient vitals and report any changes to the nursing staff.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
5. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
