Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

3. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
4. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
6. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
7. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Illinois.
2. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. BLS certification.
