Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
3. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
4. Document patient care accurately and timely.
5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatments.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
7. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
2. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
