Shift: Nights (1845-0645) every weekend
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr
We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in the operating room. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals in the operating room
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgery
- Administer medications as needed
- Prepare operating room equipment and supplies
- Provide post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
