Shift: Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts Dayshift
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or WA-SS to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patient needs before and after surgery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures
- Assist with surgical equipment setup and maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN licensure or WA-SS certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgical services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
