Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Staffing Specialist in Iowa. The LPN Staffing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing staffing assignments, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing support to healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and manage staffing assignments for LPNs at various healthcare facilities in Iowa
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to staffing and patient care
- Provide support and guidance to LPNs in the field, including training and orientation
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to ensure patient care is of the highest quality
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing assignments
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new LPN staff members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Iowa
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare staffing
- Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records systems
