Shift: must be willing to work 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts to get to the 36 hours / week. Night/Day
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing facility in Colorado. The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the registered nurse
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Provide wound care and other treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
