Job Description

Job Title: LPN - Housing Reimbursement, Long Term Care (LTC)

Shift Information: Must be willing to work 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to achieve 36 hours/week. Day and Night shifts available.
Number of Weeks: 13 weeks
Pay Range: $35-$45 per hour

Job Description:

Gunnison Valley Health - Senior Care Center is currently seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team for a temporary 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC). The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing quality care to our elderly residents and demonstrate strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents according to physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly
• Monitor resident health status and communicate changes to healthcare team
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards elderly residents
