We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team. The MLT will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing samples, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
2. Analyze samples using microscopes, cell counters, and other equipment.
3. Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
4. Follow laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
5. Assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients.
6. Help maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
2. MLT certification from an accredited organization.
3. Prior experience working in a medical laboratory setting.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
