Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Assist medical professionals with routine procedures and examinations
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report changes to healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Certification as a Medical Technician preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills for documentation
