We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medsurg RN to join our team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
