Job Summary:
As an ER RN in the state of Ohio, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient care to patients presenting in the emergency room. You will assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs, administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess and monitor patients' medical conditions and respond to changes in status.
2. Administer medications, start IV lines, and perform basic nursing procedures.
