Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nevada - Support Staff
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Nevada, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will assist in assessing patients' needs, implementing care plans, and administering medication. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record patients' condition and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of Nevada
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- CPR certification
