Job Summary:
Title : LV N (SNF)
Location : Alturas, CA
Shift : Days & Night
Contract : 13 weeks
Rate : $45/hr - $54/hr
Requirements
-CA LVN License is required
-BLS Certification
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor vital signs and assess patient responses to medications and treatments.
3. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
4. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
6. Document patient interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid California LVN license.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
5. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
