REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year current exprience
• Must be willing to float
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New Hampshire
• Compact Allowed

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• NH or Compact license must be in-hand at submission. Facility will not pend.

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

3. Provide support to patients and their families during difficult times.

4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.

5. Keep accurate records of patient interactions and care provided.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Completion of an accredited Licensed Nursing Assistant program.

3. Current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
