The primary responsibilities of this role include providing direct care to patients, assisting with medical procedures, and offering support with social services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct care to patients, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist medical staff with procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
- Collaborate with social services staff to provide support and resources to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) and medical assistant (MA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
