Job Title: RN- MedSurg/Telemetry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg/Telemetry team. The RN will be responsible for providing quality patient care while utilizing critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the MedSurg/Telemetry unit

- Monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings

- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans

- Educating patients and their families on disease processes and treatment plans

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice

- BLS certification

- ACLS certification preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care
