Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Shift: 10:30p-6:30a
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN / LVN to provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active LPN / LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
