Job Title: CT/X-Ray Tech
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 10:00 pm-7:30 am
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced CT/X-Ray Tech to join our imaging department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CT and X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients for medical interpretation. This role requires great attention to detail and a high level of technical proficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate CT and X-Ray machines to produce high-quality images of patients
- Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate results
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Provide compassionate care to patients during imaging procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field
- ARRT certification in CT and X-Ray
- BLS/BCLS
- ARRT(R )ARRT(CT)ARRT
- Must have TMB and ARRT Radiography license
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Knowledge of radiology procedures and equipment
