Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Nashua, NH
Shift: Day Shift 6:45a-3:15p 40 Hours Guaranteed
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and organizing operating rooms, assembling equipment, and ensuring sterile conditions are maintained. You will also be responsible for handing instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures and monitoring patients' vital signs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons by handing them instruments and supplies during procedures
- Keep track of all surgical equipment and ensure everything is in working order
- Maintain sterile conditions in operating rooms
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
- Assist with patient positioning and prepping
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Surgical Technologist
- BLS
- NBSTSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
