Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. This individual will also serve as a leader and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Monitor and assess the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and training as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of [insert state name]
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursing leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
