Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help improve their mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury. You will create personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and develop treatment plans.
2. Provide manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to help patients recover from injuries or surgeries.
3. Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation exercises and activities of daily living.
4. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Communicate with patients' healthcare team to coordinate care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Stay current on the latest advances in physical therapy practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
2. State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. CPR certification.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Empathy and compassion for patients.
7. Physical stamina and dexterity.
