SHIFTS: M-F Day shift
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their optimal level of physical function and mobility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor therapy interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to enhance rehabilitation progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to effectively assess and treat a wide range of physical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
