Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team in providing excellent patient care during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons and nurses in the operating room by preparing and sterilizing the surgical environment, assisting with surgical instruments and equipment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the procedure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Prepare and sterilize the operating room for surgical procedures
2. Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures during surgery
3. Maintain accurate counts of surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures
4. Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
5. Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
6. Assist with cleaning and restocking the operating room after procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical setting
4. Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
