Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The primary role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, evaluate, and treat patients who are experiencing pain or physical limitations due to injury, illness, or disability. The Physical Therapist will develop personalized treatment plans and work with patients to improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and promote overall health and wellness.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical limitations and functional status
- Develop individualized treatment plans that may include exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and movement
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Experience with assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
