Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in Med Surg, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Monitor and operate medical equipment
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate care
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg or a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
