Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (RN ER)
Location: Keene, NH
Shift: 12hr NIGHTS 7p-7a 36 hours guaranteed
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in emergency situations. You will assess patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' conditions and establishing a plan of care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Performing emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educating patients and families on their treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) and PALS (AHA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
