Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (RN ER)

Shift: Days 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room (ER) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care for individuals in urgent medical situations. They must assess patients, administer medication, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and provide support to patients and their families during times of crisis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Room
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures
