Job Title: RN Rehab - Inpatient
Location: Lawton, OK
Shift: 6:45A - 7:15P (12 Hour Days)
Duration: 13weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in inpatient rehabilitation to join our team. The RN Rehab - Inpatient will be responsible for providing quality care to patients recovering from injury or illness in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' medical conditions and progress in rehabilitation
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educating patients and their families on recovery strategies and self-care techniques
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
- Documenting patient care and progress in electronic medical records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices
