Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support to individuals in need. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess and evaluate patient health and needs.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on health and wellness practices.
6. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
7. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
8. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
9. Adhere to all healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
10. Act as an advocate for patients' rights and welfare.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
