Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions and devising a personalized treatment plan to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall function. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to provide hands-on therapy, educate them on exercises and stretches to do at home, and monitor progress throughout the treatment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
3. Instruct patients on exercises and stretches to do at home to complement treatment.
4. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress is being made.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Stay current on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of employment.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
7. Strong manual therapy skills.
