Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to assist in surgical operations, ensuring all instruments are sterile and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surgical procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare operating room for surgical procedures
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures
- Ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready for use
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
