Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist to join our team. The Medical Technologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow strict protocols and safety procedures
- Keep detailed records of all tests performed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
