Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Nurse is responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations. They must assess patients, administer treatment, and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure patients receive the best care possible in critical situations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' conditions quickly and accurately
- Administering emergency medical treatment

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
