Job title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team and provide high-quality imaging services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiologic procedures and equipment, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as x-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the process
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality results
- Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, and communicate findings to other healthcare providers
- Keep detailed records of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients and staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field
- ARRT certification and state licensure required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols
