JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking motivated CNA/Clerical assistant to provide clerical support in critical access hospital inpatient unit. Duties include answering phones, stocking supplies, inputting lab and other diagnostic orders, assisting with patients as needed including personal care, vitals, etc.
Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, be culturally sensitive, and professional. Computer skills including basic Microsoft products, fax, copying, and experience with electronic medical records systems.
ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS PLUS BOOSTER. FLU VACCINES ARE ALSO REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Proof of vaccination must include the vaccine type, lot number, expiration date, date and site administered . The full name of the employee must also be visible in the submitted record. If the vaccines were administered when the employee was a child and is applying with different name, (married, etc.) then this must be indicated in the documentation. As an alternative titers from a diagnostic lab indicating appropriate level of immunity can be submitted.
