Contract : 13 weeks

Rate : $55/hr. - $60/hr.

Job Summary:

Looking for an RN to work full-time, 12-hour night shifts, every 3rd weekend on our Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.

Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in the care process.
Mentoring: Assist in the training and mentorship of nursing students and junior staff members.
Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient care outcomes.
Shift Management: Oversee the activities of the nursing team during assigned shifts to ensure effective operations.
