Title :LPN-LTC

Location :Honakaa, HI 

Shift : Day/Night

Contract : 13 weeks

Rate : $49/hr.  - $53/hr. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

Duties:  include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, gastrostomy tube care.

Certifications are required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes in health status.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Supervise and support nursing aides and other support staff.
• Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident assessments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Support residents' emotional and social needs through compassionate care.
