Title : LPN/LVN

Contract job for 13 weeks.

Shift : Days 

Rate : $40/hr.  - $45/hr. 

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your primary duties will include monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining patient records, and providing support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare issues and treatments.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain patient safety and confidentiality.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS-Michigan
